Common use of No Recourse to Other Persons Clause in Contracts

No Recourse to Other Persons. No past, present or future director, officer, partner, employee, incorporator, manager, stockholder, unitholder or member of any Borrower, General Partner, PAA, PAA GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plains AAP, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as such, and no past, present or future director, officer, partner, employee, incorporator, manager, stockholder, unitholder or member of any Subsidiary of the Company, as such, shall have any liability for any Obligations or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, the Obligations or their creation. Each party hereto, for itself and each of its Related Parties, waives and releases all such liability. The waiver and release are part of the consideration for the incurrence of Indebtedness by each Borrower hereunder and, as applicable, the making of the Notes.
