Each Investor further agrees not to (i) request redemption of any of the Shares (including any Additional Shares) in conjunction with Merida’s stockholders’ approval of the Business Combination, or (ii) tender the Shares (including any Additional Shares) to Merida in response to any redemption or tender offer that Merida may commence for its shares of common stock
