No Redistribution. Subscriber is not permitted to resell or redistribute the Service to other parties without the prior written consent of Carrier, which it may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion. A violation of this term will result in the immediate termination of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, hospitality service Carriers, including, without limitation, establishments such as hotels, resorts, clubs, and marinas, may provide temporary VoIP Service access to their on-premises customers and guests, subject to the overall bandwidth limitations of the VoIP Service plan provided.
No Redistribution. Unless specifically provided for as an addendum schedule to this Agreement, the Subscriber is not permitted to redistribute the Service, whether or not for monetary gain, to any other party except internally within the Subscriber’s address. If the Subscriber chooses to redistribute the Service internally using wireless technology, it is the complete responsibility of the Subscriber to ensure that the wireless technology is secure to prevent any unauthorized access. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of Service.

Beyond these uses, you may not redistribute any material retrieved from the Products nor allow any use that will infringe the copyright or other proprietary right of ProQuest or its licensors. You may not use the Products to create products or perform services which compete or interfere with those of ProQuest or its licensors.

No Redistribution. Agent’s Appointment is for purposes of the Agent marketing and selling the Airlines’ Products and Services directly to customers. Agent is not authorised to do any of the following activities offline or online without notification to the relevant Airline:
