Common use of No Redistribution Clause in Contracts

No Redistribution. Subscriber is not permitted to resell or redistribute the Service to other parties without the prior written consent of Carrier, which it may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion. A violation of this term will result in the immediate termination of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, hospitality service Carriers, including, without limitation, establishments such as hotels, resorts, clubs, and marinas, may provide temporary VoIP Service access to their on-premises customers and guests, subject to the overall bandwidth limitations of the VoIP Service plan provided.
