NO REDUCTION OF BASIC RENT. No Event of Loss with respect to a Serviced Engine or an Engine under the circumstance contemplated by this Section 8(b) shall result in any reduction of Basic Rent. Upon the payment by Lessee to Lessor of the Stipulated Loss Value of any Serviced Engine, Lessor, shall provide Lessee with a replacement Serviced Engine.
