No Reduction or Offset. The Property Owner hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Assessment will not be subject to reduction, offset or credit of any kind in the event that the Improvements fail to perform in any way or for any reason.

No Reduction or Offset. The amount of any payments made to Executive by Company under this Agreement shall not be reduced, offset or subject to recovery by Company by reason of any compensation earned by Executive as the result of employment by another employer after the date of termination, or otherwise.
