No Referral Obligation. The parties agree that the benefits to the Medical Group hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral, purchase, or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service to or for any of the Medical Group's patients in or from any medical facility or laboratory or from any other entity owned, operated, controlled, or managed by the Management Company.
