Common use of NO REFUND OF FEES Clause in Contracts

NO REFUND OF FEES. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of the Fees you have paid for any Training Services if: (a) you cancel any Training Services other than in accordance with clause 3.1 of this Module 4; or (b) any of your Participants fails to attend or participate in the relevant Training Services session.
