No Release of Documents from Collateral Agent and Custodian’s Tax Lien File for Other Purposes. If the Servicer requires a Tax Lien Certificate from time to time to for any purpose hereunder, the Servicer shall obtain a certified copy of the appropriate Tax Lien Certificate from the appropriate public office of land records. The Collateral Agent and Custodian shall retain custody of the original Tax Lien Certificates at all times, and shall provide reasonable cooperation to the Servicer or outside foreclosure counsel if the production of any original Tax Lien Certificate is necessary for any judicial proceeding relating to the Tax Lien.
