After any assignment, sublease or other transfer or encumbrance, Landlord may consent to subsequent assignments of this Lease assignments, subleases, transfers or sublet of the Leased Premisesencumbrances, or amendments or modifications to this Lease with assignees of TenantLease, upon notice to Tenant, without notifying Tenant or any successor of Tenantother person, but without obtaining its or their consent thereto thereto, and such action shall not relieve without relieving Tenant of liability under this Lease.

No Release of Tenant.
