NO RELEASE OR TERMINATION. The taking of this Assignment by Lender shall not affect the release of any other collateral now or hereafter held by Lender as security for the obligations of Borrower under the Loan Documents, nor shall the taking of additional security for any such obligations hereafter effect a release or termination of this Assignment, or any terms or provisions hereof.
