Common use of No Release; Survival of Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Release; Survival of Obligations. No expiration or termination of this Agreement shall release either party from any obligation accrued prior to the date of such expiration or termination or from any obligations surviving the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is specifically acknowledged and agreed that the provisions contained in each of the following Sections shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: Section 7, Labeling Elements; Section 8, Representations and Warranties; Section 9, Indemnities; Section 11, Confidentiality (but only for a period of 2 years as described in such Section); and Section 17, Miscellaneous.
