Common use of No Reliance by Borrower Clause in Contracts

No Reliance by Borrower. The provisions of this Article VIII are for the benefit of Agent, the Lenders, and other than the portions of Section 8.8 that pertain specifically to Borrower, Borrower shall have no right to rely on or enforce any of the provisions hereof; provided, however, the foregoing shall in no way limit Borrower’s obligations under this Article VIII. In performing its functions and duties under this Agreement, Agent shall act solely as agent of the Lenders and does not assume and shall not be deemed to have assumed any obligation toward or relationship of agency or trust with or for Borrower or any other person.

In performing its functions and duties under this Agreement, Agent shall act solely as agent Agent of the Lenders and does not assume and shall not be deemed to have assumed any obligation toward or relationship of agency or trust with or for Borrower or any other person.

In performing its functions and duties under this Agreement, Agent shall act solely as agent Agent of the Lenders and does not assume and shall not be deemed to have assumed any obligation toward or relationship of agency or trust with or for Borrower or any other person.
