Tenant specifically acknowledges that neither Landlord, nor any agent, officer, employee or representative of Landlord, has made any representation or warranty regarding the projected profitability of the business to be conducted on the Premises and that Landlord did not prepare or assist in the preparation of any of the projected figures used by Tenant in analyzing the economic viability and feasibility of the business to be conducted by Tenant at the Premises.
