No Reliance on Oral Representations. No course of performance or other conduct subsequently pursued or acquiesced in, and no oral agreement or representation subsequently made, by the Buyer Parties, whether or not relied or acted upon, and no usage of trade, whether or not relied or acted upon, shall amend this Agreement or impair or otherwise affect Seller’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement or any rights and remedies of the parties to this Agreement.
