Common use of No relief from performance of other obligations Clause in Contracts

No relief from performance of other obligations. A reference to arbitration under this clause shall not relieve either party of any other obligations under the Agreement, including, if and so far as is reasonably practicable, the obligation to take steps necessary during arbitration proceedings to ensure that the progress of the Agreement will be maintained.
