No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. The Customer agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and the Customer and the Lessor, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of the Lessee or any vendor or supplier utilised by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services.
