No Representations and Warranties. Each party acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the other party is not in the business of providing services such as the Services to third Parties; (ii) each party has agreed to provide its respective Services as an accommodation to the other party; and (iii) except as otherwise set forth herein, neither party makes any representation or warranty whatsoever regarding the Services or any other matters relating to or arising out of this Agreement (except to the extent that applicable Law does not permit the exclusion of such representation or warranty).
