No Representations Made. Recipient acknowledges that neither Discloser, nor any of its representatives, in the course of providing the Confidential Information as contemplated hereunder, is making any representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy or completeness of any such information, and Recipient assumes full responsibility for all conclusions derived from such information. Recipient shall be entitled to, and shall, rely solely on representations and warranties made in a definitive agreement, if any, relating to the Relationship.
No Representations Made. No representation of any kind concerning any subject has been made by or on behalf of the Parties or any of the Released Parties that has in any way influenced any of the Party’s respective decisions to enter into this Agreement.
No Representations Made. That no promise or representation has been made to them in connection with any of the Warranties or the Disclosure Letter in respect of which the Company or any of the directors or employees of the Company might be liable; and
No Representations Made. Recipient acknowledges that the Confidential Information is provided “AS-IS” and no representations are made as to the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information.
No Representations Made. THE COMPANY IS PROVIDING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ON AN “AS IS” BASIS FOR USE BY THE RECIPIENT AT ITS OWN RISK. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
