No Representations or Warranties as to Documents. The Pass Through Trustee neither makes nor shall be deemed to have made any representation or warranty as to the validity, legality or enforceability of any Series Supplement, any related Pass Through Certificates, any Intercreditor Agreement or any related Indenture Documents or as to the correctness of any statement contained in any thereof, except for the representations and warranties of the Pass Through Trustee made in its individual capacity under this Pass Through Agreement, in any Series Supplement or in any related Participation Agreement.
