It is understood that any cost estimates, projections or other predictions contained or referred to in the Schedules hereto and any cost estimates, projections or other predictions contained or referred to in other materials that have been or may hereafter be provided to Investor or any of its Affiliates, agents or representatives are not and shall not be deemed to be representations or warranties of MEI, Sub or the Company.
