No Request Necessary for Lease Supplement or Trust Indenture Supplement. No written request or consent of the Mortgagee, the Note Holders or the Owner Participant pursuant to Section 9.01 hereof shall be required to enable the Owner Trustee to enter into any Lease Supplement specifically required by the terms of the Lease or to execute and deliver a Trust Indenture Supplement specifically required by the terms hereof.
