No Required Prepayments; Maturity. No regularly scheduled prepayments are due on the Series 2010-A Notes, the Series 2010-B Notes and the Series 2010-C Notes prior to their respective stated maturities. The entire unpaid principal balance of the Series 2010-A Notes, the Series 2010-B Notes and the Series 2010-C Notes shall be due and payable on the stated maturity thereof.
