No Res Judicata or Collateral Estoppel Effect. Any determination or finding of any non-binding arbitration conducted pursuant to this Article shall not have any res judicata or collateral estoppel effect in any other non-binding arbitration conducted pursuant to this Article, or in any other action commenced by any person(s) or entity(ies) whomsoever in state or federal court, whether or not Parties to this Agreement.
