No Resale Of Miles. At no time shall Netcentives offer Miles to any ------------------ person for resale to a third party. If Netcentives discovers with reasonable certainty that any Netcentives Member is inappropriately redistributing Miles, Netcentives shall immediately cease requesting that Miles be credited to the Account of such Netcentives Member, and shall notify NW of the identity of such Netcentives Member and the nature of the potential infraction.
