Common use of No Resale Clause in Contracts

No Resale. The Purchaser is purchasing the Shares solely for his own account and for investment only, and not with a view to or for the resale, distribution, subdivision or fractionalization thereof, and the Purchaser has no present intent to enter into any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement for any such purpose.
