No Rescission. Each party to this Agreement hereby waive their rights under Articles 6:265 to 6:272 inclusive and 6:228, respectively, of the Dutch Civil Code to rescind (ontbinden) or nullify (vernietigen) on the ground of error (dwaling), or demand in legal proceedings the rescission (ontbinding) or nullification (vernietiging) of, this Agreement.
