Common use of No Restriction on Landlord Clause in Contracts

No Restriction on Landlord. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, Landlord shall be free in its sole discretion, and there shall be no restriction, limitation or requirement whatsoever on or with respect to, Landlord’s rights, to use, operate, occupy, re-lease, sublease or license, alter, add to, modify or maintain, to refrain from doing, suspend or cease any of the foregoing, or to leave vacant, any Recapture Space in whole or in part.
