Common use of No Restriction on Other Activities Clause in Contracts

No Restriction on Other Activities. Limited Partners may engage and hold interests in business ventures of every kind and description for their own accounts including, without limitation, business ventures which are, directly or indirectly, in competition with the Partnership and whether the Partnership or any of the Partners also has an interest therein. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Partners shall have any rights in such independent business ventures by virtue of this Agreement.
