No Restriction on Transfer of Warrants. The Warrants may be sold, transferred, assigned, hypothecated or otherwise disposed of, in whole or in part, except that the Warrants may be transferred by operation of law as a result of the death or divorce of any transferee to whom the Warrants may have been transferred. Any assignment shall be effected by a duly executed assignment in the form of Annex C to the Warrant Certificate.
