No Restriction. Neither Guarantor nor any of its Affiliates shall agree or become subject to any restriction, contractual or otherwise, that would prohibit it or any of its Affiliates from bidding for or entering into a contract or guarantee, as applicable, in respect of the second ten (10) MTPA (nameplate) phase of the Plaquemines LNG export project under development by Beneficiary and its Affiliates, unless Beneficiary’s prior written approval of such restriction is obtained.
