No Restrictions on Business. Except for this Agreement, there is no Contract, judgment, injunction, order or decree binding upon the Company or any of its Subsidiaries which would have the effect of prohibiting or impairing any business practice of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, acquisition of property by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or the conduct of business by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as currently conducted or as currently proposed to be conducted by the Company, other than any prohibition or impairment that would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company.
