No Restrictions on Distributions. No Partnership Entity is, and on the Closing Date, no Partnership Entity will be, prohibited, directly or indirectly, from making any distribution with respect to its equity interests, from repaying any loans or advances to any other Partnership Entity or from transferring any of its property or assets to the Partnership or any other Partnership Entity, except as described in or contemplated by the General Disclosure Package and the Offering Memorandum or provided by the Indenture or the Credit Agreement.
