Common use of No Restrictions on Distributions Clause in Contracts

No Restrictions on Distributions. None of the Principal Subsidiaries is currently prohibited, directly or indirectly, from paying any dividends or other distributions, as applicable, to the Partnership, from repaying to the Partnership any loans or advances to such Principal Subsidiary from the Partnership or from transferring any of such Principal Subsidiary’s property or assets to the Partnership or any other Principal Subsidiary of the Partnership, except as described in or contemplated by (A) the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus or (B) the organizational documents of the Principal Subsidiaries.
