Common use of No Restrictions on Distributions Clause in Contracts

No Restrictions on Distributions. None of the Operating Subsidiaries is currently prohibited, directly or indirectly, from paying any dividends or other distributions, as applicable, to the Partnership, from repaying to the Partnership any loans or advances to such Operating Subsidiary from the Partnership or from transferring any of such Operating Subsidiary’s property or assets to the Partnership or any other Operating Subsidiary of the Partnership, except as described in or contemplated by (A) the most recent Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, (B) the organizational documents of the Operating Subsidiaries or (C) the periodic and current reports filed by the Partnership with the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act.
