No Restrictions on Distributions. Except as described in the Prospectus, no Subsidiary is currently prohibited, directly or indirectly, from paying any dividends to the Partnership, from making any other distribution on such Subsidiary’s equity, from repaying to the General Partner or the Partnership any loans or advances to such entity from the General Partner or the Partnership or from transferring any of such entity’s property or assets to the Partnership or any other Subsidiary.
