No Restrictions on Distributor’s Supervision. The services provided by the Company to the Distributor under this Article are for administrative convenience and are performed by the Company purely as a clerical and ministerial function. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as limiting the Distributor’s liability for the securities activities of persons subject to its supervisory control or delegating in any way the Distributor’s responsibilities under Section 1.3 hereof.
