No Restrictions on Indebtedness or Liens of Tenant or Tenant Guarantors. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Lease or otherwise, and for the avoidance of doubt, there shall be no restrictions or limitations on the ability of Tenant or Tenant Guarantor to incur Indebtedness or to xxxxx x Xxxx on all or any portion of Tenant’s rights under this Lease or with respect to Tenant’s interest in the Leased Property, or with respect to any of the Tenant Property.
