No Restrictions to Compete. Other than the Licences, no Cybin Entity is affected by any commitment, agreement or document containing any covenant which expressly and materially limits the freedom of the Cybin Entity to compete in any line of business, transfer or move any of its respective assets or operations or which adversely materially affects the business practices, operations or condition of the Cybin Entity.
