No resumption. 20. Subject to the performance by the Company of its obligations under this Agreement the State shall not during the currency of this Agreement without the consent of the Company resume nor suffer nor permit to be resumed by any State instrumentality or by any local or other authority of the State any of the works installations plant equipment or other property for the time being belonging to the Company and the subject of or used for the purpose of this Agreement or any of the works on the lands the subject of any lease or licence granted to the Company in terms of this Agreement AND without such consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) the State shall not create or grant or permit or suffer to be created or granted by any instrumentality or authority of the State as aforesaid any road right‑of‑way water right or easement of any nature or kind whatsoever over or in respect of any such lands which may unduly prejudice or interfere with the Company’s activities under this Agreement.
