No Return of Contributions. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Members will not be personally liable for the return of the Capital Contribution of a Member, or any portion thereof, it being expressly understood that any such return shall be made solely from Company assets. A Member may not demand or receive property other than cash in return for its contribution, except as permitted by section 11.2(c) of this Agreement. No Member will be entitled to interest on its Capital Contribution.
