Common use of No Reverse Compiling Clause in Contracts

No Reverse Compiling. Licensee shall not reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code to any PS Licensed Product, PS SDK, Omega Browser or PS Development Environment. PalmSource acknowledges and agrees that Licensee’s access to the PS Source Code in accordance with Section 2.9 (Source Code) shall not be deemed a violation of this Section, to the extent authorized under Section 2.9 (Source Code).
