No Reversion to Debtors. (a) In no event shall any part of the GUC Trust Assets revert to or be distributed to or for the benefit of any Debtor. Except as otherwise provided in this Trust Agreement, all GUC Trust Distributable Assets shall be applied to the satisfaction of Allowed General Unsecured Claims, including through distributions made in respect of the Units.
