The Allottee/Transferee shall not have any right in the other portions of the Said Property/Said Complex and the Allottee/Transferee shall not raise any dispute or make any claim with regard to the Transferor and the Developer either constructing or not constructing on the said other portions of the Said Property/Said Complex.
