No Right of Continued Employment or Engagement of Services. Each Management Holder acknowledges that neither the ownership of any Securities nor any provision contained in this Agreement shall entitle the Management Holder to obtain employment with or engagement for services by, remain in the employment of or otherwise provide services to the Company or any of its Affiliates or affect any right the Company or its Affiliates may have to terminate the Management Holder’s employment or service.
