Common use of No Right of Contribution or Subrogation Clause in Contracts

No Right of Contribution or Subrogation. Neither Seller nor any Member will make any claim for contribution or subrogation against any Buyer Indemnitee with respect to any indemnity claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement to the extent that any Buyer Indemnitee is entitled to indemnification hereunder for such claim, and Seller and the Members hereby waive any such right of contribution and subrogation from or against any Buyer Indemnitee that Seller or any Member, as applicable, has or may have in the future.
