No Right of Contribution. On and after the occurrence of an Event of Default hereunder, no Borrower shall seek or be entitled to any reimbursement from any other Borrower, or be subrogated to any rights of the Banks against the Borrowers, in respect of any payments made pursuant to the Loan Documents, until all amounts owing to the Banks hereunder and under the Notes are paid in full.
