No Right of Deduction or Set. Off Notwithstanding any liability or alleged liability of the Operator under this Tariff or otherwise, Users and any other persons responsible for charges under this Tariff, shall not be entitled by reason of any such liability or alleged liability to any deduction from, reduction of, set-off against or waiver of any charges payable under this Tariff or the Fee Schedule, all of which shall be paid in full as and when due.
