No Right of Substitution. After BNPPSC sends a Facility Modification Notice, Customer may not substitute any collateral, provided that BNPPSC may permit substitutions (the terms of which shall be determined by BNPPSC in its sole discretion) upon request, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
