No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any Restricted Stock Units (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and the Subsidiaries and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries to offer any Restricted Stock Units or other Awards in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any Options (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and the Subsidiaries and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries to offer any Options or other Awards in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the sale of the Shares and the grant of any options that are awarded to the Employee in connection with the purchase of the Shares (i) are being made on an exceptional basis and are not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) are entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and its Subsidiaries and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to offer any securities in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any PRSUs (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and the Subsidiaries and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries to offer any PRSUs or other Awards in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the exercise of the Options should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries to offer any securities in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any Restricted Stock (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company; and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company to offer any Restricted Stock in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any Performance Shares (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and its Subsidiaries and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to offer any Performance Shares in the future.
No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any RSUs (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated, (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and the Subsidiaries and (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries to offer any RSUs or other Awards in the future.
No Right to Awards. This award, and all other awards of PSUs and other equity-based awards, are discretionary. This award does not confer on you any right or entitlement to receive another award of PSUs or any other equity-based award at any time in the future or in respect of any future period. You agree that any release required under Section 4 of this Agreement is in exchange for the grant of PSUs hereunder, for which you have no current entitlement.
No Right to Awards. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the grant of any Restricted Stock (i) is being made on an exceptional basis and is not intended to be renewed or repeated; (ii) is entirely voluntary on the part of the Company and its Subsidiaries; (iii) should not be construed as creating any obligation on the part of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to offer any Restricted Stock in the future; and (iv) together with Options granted to the Employee on February 9, 2012, is in full satisfaction of all of the Company’s obligations to the Employee under Section 3(e) of the Employment Agreement.
