No Right to Employment. Any questions as to whether and when there has been a Termination and the cause of such Termination shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Committee. Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company, its Subsidiaries or its Affiliates to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time, for any reason and with or without Cause.
No Right to Employment. Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall be construed as giving you the right to be retained as an employee of the Company or any Affiliate. In addition, the Company or an Affiliate may at any time dismiss you from employment, free from any liability or any claim under this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
No Right to Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon Recipient any right to be employed by the Company or to continue to provide services to the Company or to interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate Recipient’s services at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

Nothing in the Option granted hereby shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or of any of its Affiliates to terminate Optionee's employment or consulting at any time, nor confer upon Optionee any right to continue in the employ of, or consult with, the Company or any of its Affiliates.

The grant of the Option shall not be construed as giving Optionee the right to be retained in the employ of, or as giving a director of the Corporation or a Subsidiary (as defined in the Plan) the right to continue as a director of the Corporation or a Subsidiary, nor will it affect in any way the right of the Corporation or a Subsidiary to terminate such employment or position at any time, with or without cause. In addition, the Corporation or Subsidiary may at any time dismiss Optionee from employment, or terminate the term of a director of the Corporation or a Subsidiary, free from any liability or any claim under the Plan or the Agreement. Nothing in the Agreement shall confer on any person any legal or equitable right against the Corporation or any Subsidiary, directly or indirectly, or give rise to any cause of action at law or in equity against the Corporation or a Subsidiary. The Option granted hereunder shall not form any part of the wages or salary of Optionee for purposes of severance pay or termination indemnities, irrespective of the reason for termination of employment. Under no circumstances shall any person ceasing to be an employee of the Corporation or any Subsidiary be entitled to any compensation for any loss of any right or benefit under the Agreement or Plan which such optionee might otherwise have enjoyed but for termination of employment, whether such compensation is claimed by way of damages for wrongful or unfair dismissal, breach of contract or otherwise. By participating in the Plan, Optionee shall be deemed to have accepted all the conditions of the Plan and the Agreement and the terms and conditions of any rules and regulations adopted by the Committee and shall be fully bound thereby.
No Right to Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed by implication or otherwise to confer upon the Grantee any right to continued employment by the Company or any affiliate of the Company.

The issuance of the Performance Units or the Shares shall not be construed as giving Participant the right to be retained in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate, nor will it affect in any way the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment at any time, with or without Cause. In addition, the Company or an Affiliate may at any time dismiss Participant from employment free from any liability or any claim under the Plan or the Award Agreement. Nothing in the Award Agreement shall confer on any person any legal or equitable right against the Company or any Affiliate, directly or indirectly, or give rise to any cause of action at law or in equity against the Company or an Affiliate. The award granted hereunder shall not form any part of the wages or salary of Participant for purposes of severance pay or termination indemnities, irrespective of the reason for termination of employment. This Agreement shall not confer upon the Employee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary or to be entitled to any remuneration or benefits not set forth in this Agreement or the Plan nor interfere with or limit the right of the Company or any subsidiary to modify the terms of or terminate the Employee’s employment at any time.
